To design and synthetise new polifunctional nitrogen podants (e.g. type <strong>P1 <\/strong>to<strong> P4<\/strong>) having in the same molecule at least a p\u2013reach and a p\u2013deficient heterocycle connected via different spacers. Tasks to be accomplished: logic gates (type spaced), chemosensor, anticancer (DNA intercalators) and\/or antimicrobial. Tasks to be accomplished: logic gates (fluorophore-spacer-receptor-fluorophore), chemosensor, maybe anticancer (DNA intercalators);<\/p>\n<p><strong>O4<\/strong>.\u00a0To design and synthetise new polifunctional nitrogen podant structures (e.g. type <strong>P8<\/strong>) having in molecule only a p\u2013deficient nitrogen heterocycle connected via different spacers with a bis-alkylator unit. Tasks to be accomplished: chemosensor, anticancer DNA alkylator, antimicrobial.<\/p>\n<p><strong>O5<\/strong>.\u00a0To elaborate new experimental setup procedure for nitrogen derivatives, and\/or to adapt the existing one, particularly environmentally friendly methods, using MW and\/or US technology.<\/p>\n<p><strong>O6<\/strong>. Increasing the research skills and abilities of the young Ph-D and master students.<\/p>\n<p><strong>O7<\/strong>.
