Lecturer PhD Lacramioara Ochiuz is the team leader of Partner1 . She is 38 years old, MD, PhD, lecturer in Pharmaceutical Technology Department, Faculty of Pharmacy, ”Grigore T. Popa” University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Iasi. She graduated Faculty of Pharmacy in 1998, has an experience of 3 years in clinical pharmacology and healthy insurance in Israel and in 2010 defended her PhD thesis in the field of formulation and bioavailability increase of alendronate. She was involved in three national grants as specialist in pharmaceutical formulation and in vitro release control. She performed several training internships abroad, among which we quote : The Spray Drying Techniquea performant method to obtain microparticles for modified release of drug substances, Faculty of Pharmacy, Dep. of Pharmaceutical Technology, Valencia, Spain, 2007; Microemulsionsmodern pharmaceutical dosage forms intended for topical aplication, Faculty of Pharmacy, Department of Pharmaceutical Technology, Ljubljana, Slovenia, 2011. She has published over 20 articles of which 6 in ISI indexed journals and 10 monographs in the field of pharmaceutical formulation of which 3 in the topic of encapsulation and modified drug delivery, biopharmacy and bioavailability and pharmaceutical development and scale-up processes in pharmaceutical industry.

Prof. univ. dr. Cătălina Elena Lupușoru60 years, MD, PhD, Professor – Pharmacology, First Department, Faculty of Medicine, “Gr. T. Popa” University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Iaşi.
Dr. Cătălina Elena Lupuşoru received her MD in 1979 and her PhD in 1996, from “Gr. T. Popa” University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Iaşi, Romania. During 1986-1990, Dr. Cătălina Elena Lupuşoru was scientific researcher in Cantacuzino Institute, Iaşi. She was lecturer (1990-1999), then associated professor (1999-2002) and after that professor at the Department of Pharmacology-Algesiology, University of Medicine and Pharmacy “Gr. T. Popa”, Iasi, Romania (since 2002). Dr. Cătălina Elena Lupuşoru has experience in pharmacodynamics, toxicology, biomaterial compatibility, experimental and clinical pharmacology. She has an invention patent for a polibacterial immunostimulatory agent OROSTIM with oral administration, developed an original screening for immunopharmacological studies and performed national premiere performance in immunopharmacology. She participated in the protocol design and pharmacokinetic analysis of more than 10 bioequivalence studies (1999-2004). She was or is involved in national and international grants on experimental and clinical pharmacology.

Lecturer PhD Gratiela Popa – received her PhD in 2006 in Pharmaceutical Technology at University of Medicine and Pharmacy “Grigore T. Popa” from Iasi. Her recent research career focuses on:
-Technology of solid dosage forms: formulation, preparation and  quality control of conventional tablets, orally disintegrating tablets;
– Granulation techniques (wet granulation, melt granulation) with innovative binders.
–  Management of pain with new combinations of analgesic drugs (binary, ternary combinations), formulated into orally disintegrating tablets.
Lecturer PhD Raoul Lupușoru – is employed in the project as Postdoctoral researcher
32 years, MD, PhD, Teaching assistant – Pathophysiology, First Department, Faculty of Medicine, “Gr. T. Popa” University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Iaşi.
Dr. Raoul-Vasile Lupuşoru received his MD in 2007 and his PhD in 2012, in Normal and Pathological Physiology, from “Gr. T. Popa” University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Iaşi, Romania. As an undergraduate student and PhD student at the same university, he worked in two research groups (in the Department of Pathophysiology and in the Department of Pharmacology). He has been an assistant at Department of Pathophysiology, “Gr. T. Popa” University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Iaşi, Romania since 2013. Dr. Raoul-Vasile Lupuşoru has experience in biomaterial compatibility (including nanomaterials), nanotoxicology, and experimental pathophysiology (animal models of diabetes, ultraviolet irradiation). He was involved in national grants investigating novel molecules and biomaterial compatibility.

Dr. Raoul-Vasile Lupuşoru is an active member of the following scientific associations: Romanian Pathophysiology Society, Romanian Society of Cell Biology, Romanian Society of Biomaterials, Romanian Society of Morphology, European Society for Nanomedicine, Balkan Medical Union. His work was awarded several congress prizes, Excellency Scholarships (2004-2005 and 2005-2006), BRD Academic Scholarship – Groupe Société Générale 2007 and Excellency Prize (at “Student of the Year” Contest, Bucharest, 2007).
Lecturer Phd Cristina Ghiciuc– is a key person of Partner P1. She has experience in clinical pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, toxicology, biomaterial compatibility, experimental pharmacology. She participated in the protocol design and pharmacokinetic analysis of more than 20 bioequivalence studies (1999-2004). She was or is involved in national grants on experimental and clinical pharmacology. She is a member of several scientific societies, such as: SMN – European Society of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics, National Society of Cellular Biology, The Romanian Society of Physicians and Naturalists.

Lecturer PhD Alina Ștefanache – is associate professor with the Department of Inorganic Chemistry of the “Grigore T. Popa” University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Iasi, Romania. She obtained a PhD degree in Pharmaceutical Science in 2002 at the “Grigore T. Popa” University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Iasi, Romania.
Fields of expertise:
– synthesis and pharmacological study of some complexes;
– obtaining by synthesis, semisynthesis and biosynthesis of new biologically active derivatives;
– qualitative and quantitative analysis of pharmaceuticals belonging to different therapeutic classes;
– physico-chemical analysis of pharmaceuticals.
